At Inmymomera, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service, but we understand that sometimes returns or refunds are necessary. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts due to customer handling may only be eligible for a partial refund or may not be accepted.

Exchanges

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Gift Returns
If your item was purchased as a gift, you may receive a gift credit for the return amount. If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the buyer first, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping Costs & Responsibility
