⏱️ Return Eligibility & Time Frame

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

🚫 Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., lingerie)

  • Health and personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

🔄 Exchanges

🎁 Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you:
